Sweet and Savory Salad in a Jar

3-5 T Hilary's Beet Vinaigrette
1/2 c small broccoli florets
1/4 c celery, thinly sliced
1 c millet, cooked
1/4 c cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
1/2 c blackberries
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 c spinach


Pour Hilary's Beet Vinaigrette in the bottom of a mason jar, followed by the broccoli, celery, millet, tomatoes, blackberries, sunflower seeds, red cabbage, and spinach. Place a lid on it, and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Keep the jar upright so the dressing stays at the bottom. This will help prevent the rest of the salad from getting soggy. When ready to serve, pour the salad into a bowl and toss to combine.
