Pickled Green Beans Burger

1 t coconut oil
1 pk Hilary's Adzuki Bean Burger
2 T vegan mayonnaise
1/4 c roasted red peppers
1/4 c shredded carrots
1/4 c pickled green beans, we used Rick's Picks Mean Beans
1 t fresh dill, chopped
buns of your choice


Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small saute pan. Cook frozen Hilary's Adzuki Bean Burgers on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. To assemble burger, spread vegan mayonnaise on the buns. Next add lettuce, cooked adzuki bean burgers, roasted red peppers, shredded carrots, pickled green beans, fresh dill, and top with a bun. You can add as much or as little of the ingredients as you want. How hungry are you?
