Peach Basil Salsa Burger

1 pk Hilary's Root Veggie Burger
1 large peach, small diced (about 1 c)
1 T fresh basil, chopped
1 T Hilary's Chili-Lime Vinaigrette
2 buns of your choice


Begin by preparing two Hilary's Root Veggie Burgers according to package instruction. While they are cooking, prepare the peach basil salsa.

Mix the diced peach in a small mixing bowl with the chopped basil and Hilary's Chili-Lime Vinaigrette. Set aside.

Once the burgers are done, place the lettuce on the buns. Then top with the burger and peach basil salsa. Enjoy the flavors of the season!
