Mini Bell Pepper Nachos

1 pk Hilary's Adzuki Bean Burgers
1 pint mini bell peppers
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup sprouts
Hilary's Ranch Chia Dressing


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Next, prepare the Hilary's Adzuki Bean Burgers as per package instructions. Crumble the burgers once they are heated and set aside.

While the burgers are cooking, cut each mini bell pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Fill the pepper shells with the crumbled burgers. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until they are heated and beginning to brown.

Top with cherry tomatoes and sprouts. Drizzle the nachos with Hilary's Ranch Chia Dressing and snack away!
