|1 bunch kale|
|1/2 c Hilary's Apple Fennel Dressing|
|1 apple, thinly sliced|
|1/2 c walnuts|
|1/2 c blue cheese or vegan alternative, crumbled (optional)|
|1 Hilary's Root Veggie Burgers, heated|
Remove stems from kale and chop. Place the kale in a medium bowl. Add the dressing. Using your hands massage the dressing into the kale pieces. This softens the kale and infuses the dressing into the leaves. Place the kale on a serving dish. Garnish with apple slices, walnut pieces and optional blue cheese. Serve with a hot Root Veggie Burger.
