“Bug Bites” with Black Bean Hummus


2 c black beans, cooked and drained
1/4 c tahini
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T sea salt
1 fresh lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil, plus some for drizzling
1 pk Hilary's Original Veggie Bites
50 gluten free pretzel sticks, cut in half


For the Black Bean Hummus, put black beans, tahini, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor and begin to process. Add more olive oil or water as needed to allow the machine to produce a smooth puree. Taste and adjust seasoning to preference. Serve, drizzled with more olive oil and sprinkled with your favorite herbs. For the "Bug Bites, cook Hilary's Original Veggie Bites according to package directions. Cut pretzel sticks in half, and stick each bite with three "legs" on each side. Top with eyes made of Sriracha and serve with the black bean hummus.
