Buffalo Sauce Burger

Ingredients

2 pk Hilary's Eat Well World's Best Veggie Burger
1 Hilary's Eat Well Ranch Chia Dressing
1 large carrot, thinly sliced
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
2/3 c Frank's RedHot Sauce
1/2 c coconut oil
1 1/2 T apple cider vinegar
1 t vegan worcestershire sauce
1/4 t ground cayenne pepper
1/8 t garlic powder
sea salt to taste
4 buns of your choice

Preparation

Combine the Frank's RedHot sauce, coconut oil, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble, remove from heat and set aside. Cook 4 Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burgers according to package directions. Once the burgers are heated and have been lightly browned, add the sauce to the pan. Allow each burger to soak up the sauce and cook on each side for an additional 1-2 minutes. Flip burgers carefully. Place burgers on buns and top with julienned carrots and celery. Next top each with Hilary's Ranch Chia Dressing and the top bun. Enjoy!
