|1 pk Hilary's Original Veggie Bites|
|1 c beet hummus|
|1/2 c Hilary's Ranch Chia Dressing|
|1/3 c blackberries, chopped|
|1/4 c mint, thinly sliced|
|1 T lemon zest|
Prepare the Hilary's Original Veggie Bites per package instructions. Once cooked, you can begin topping each bite with the other ingredients. First top with beet hummus.
