Adzuki Bean Tortilla Tower

1 cn refried beans
1/2 c salsa
1/2 c black beans or adzuki beans, drained and rinsed
2 Hilary's Eat Well Adzuki Bean Burgers, frozen and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 t chili powder
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t garlic powder
4 corn tortillas
1 c Daiya cheddar style shreds
1 c corn kernels, frozen or fresh
5 green onions, chopped
1 c cherry tomatoes, quartered


Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl by hand until well blended. Spread mixture onto 1 side of each tortilla. Place 1 prepared tortilla in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with 1/4 each of the cheese, corn and onions. Repeat layers 3-4 times. Top with more cheese and cover and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and additional green onion.
