Ultimate Vegan Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

2 T coconut oil
3 slices tempeh bacon
1 Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burger
2 gluten-free frozen waffles (we recommend Van's brand)
2 T WayFare Cheddar
1/8 c fresh spinach

Preparation

Heat 2 T oil in pan over medium-high heat. Cook tempeh bacon and veggie burger in pan until browned and heated through on both sides. While these are cooking, toast waffles in standard toaster. Spread Wayfare Cheddar on one side of waffle. Place Hilary's World's Best Veggie Burger on top of cheese spread and tempeh on top of burger. Top with baby spinach and the other waffle. You can add any veggies you want to make the ultimate sandwich!
