Parsley and Chickpea Salad with Veggie Bites

Ingredients

5 Hilary's Original Veggie Bites
1 c fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 green onion, chopped
1 15oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 garlic clove, minced
1 T ume plum vinegar
1/8 c fresh lime juice
1/2 T dried dill
1/2 T Sriracha or other hot sauce
2 T honey or maple syrup
1/4 c olive oil

Preparation

Cook Hilary's Original Veggie Bites according to directions. Chop parsley, tomato, and green onion and mix in a bowl with the rinsed garbanzo beans. Whisk remaining ingredients in bowl and until combined and toss with vegetable and bean mixture. Salt and spices in dressing can be adjusted to taste. Let rest for 10 minutes before topping with Veggie Bites and serving.
