No Bun Slider Appetizer

Ingredients

1 pk Hilary's Spicy Mesquite Bites
1 romaine lettuce heart, stems removed from leaves
20 cherry tomatoes
20 small gherkin pickles
Hilary's Spicy Island Dressing

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake Hilary's Spicy Mesquite Bites on a parchment lined baking sheet per package instructions.

Stack the lettuce leaves on top of each other and cut into 1-inch cubes. You need to end up with 20 romaine stacks with approximately 6-8 leaves in each stack.

To assemble, first place Hilary's Spicy Mesquite Bites on a serving platter. Then top each bite with the cubed stacks of romaine. Next, top each with a cherry tomato followed by the pickle. Stick an appetizer pick in each to hold them together. Last, pour a small amount of Hilary's Spicy Island Dressing over each appetizer. Voila!
